Learn MoreAmazing staff, extremely professional and friendly!
Very professional, yet warm and compassionate. Great explanation of procedure and Follow-Up. Couldn't be more efficient from beginning to end. Dr. Patel explains results and gives a printed copy w photos, gives reassurance before discharge.
They made an unpleasant procedure as pleasant as it could possibly be. I was impressed by how well designed and implemented their process was. All the staff I encountered were friendly, reassuring and informative.
While the procedure and staff within the procedure areas were very professional, I have issue with the front desk staff. I was asked to bring my Covid vaccine card, which I did. I was vaccinated and received the booster, all from the same place, my employer, which happens to be a healthcare facility. There seemed to be discussion of the validity of my vaccine card. They had never seen a card so small,; was this the original; one particular front desk staff member continue discussions of my card with other staff - after all, the handwriting was similar for my vaccine dates. It just so happens that the person who gave me my 1st dose also gave my 2nd dose. Is that their/her business to discuss with others. All in all, other than that, I would use and recommend your facility but you may want to talk to your front desk staff. Thank you.

Dr Lee is an outstanding doctor he is beyond courteous and professional. My appointment was handled in a timely manner and the staff was professional and very friendly. The only negative statement I have is that my biopsy results were sent via email and put in medical terminology. I find this very poor that a member of staff could not have given me a call to explain my biopsy results.
